GoCanvas Community management.
I launched the GoCanvas Community in January 2018. It was the experiment that brought me into the organization, introduced me to the dedicated, determined users, and that gave those same users the opportunity to get answers to their pressing product questions. I continued to manage the Community long after its launch (sometimes on my own, sometimes with help), tracking down answers and trying out creative work-arounds to help our customers do what they needed to do.
