research & design.
An organization dedicated to cleaning up the oceans needed a website cleanup. We dove in (pun intended) with user research, new information architecture, and a full redesign on a new, more powerful open-source platform.
GoCanvas style guide development.
Style guides are critical documents for a maturing organization. Tone, voice, and consistency matter to users; they can inspire trust or create doubt. Built on customer interactions and market research, I crafted the first GoCanvas Written Style Guide.
GoCanvas Community management.
Communities can be powerful tools to reduce support volume, engage users, and build brand loyalty. I was hired to launch and then maintain the GoCanvas Community, built to help users navigate the complex data collection platform.
